Possible solutions
Packaged Software
Due to your various requirements, no one package will be able to do all of the above. You would need to get a few different packages working together and recognising each other, which can be difficult and may require a specialist.
An alternative could be to have the packages working separately, while getting your visitors to individually log into each section of your site. However, this does not create a continuous or seamless experience for the user.
